2011 Food and Wine Classic's Best New Chef, Ricardo Zarate, discusses his restaurant, Mo-Chica, and Peruvian food.

We recently ate lunch at Mo-Chica and can easily recommend the Seco De Cordero (lamb shank, canario beans, salsa criolla, cilantero beer sauce) and the Ceviche. Elegant and delicious Peruvian food served without fanfare in a festive space.
