RONALD FRINK ARCHITECTS designed a new, 4 level, 200,000 sf auto dealership and service center for Pacific BMW, located in Glendale, CA. The project design is minimal and modern to compliment the sleek aesthetic of BMW. The exterior facade integrates exposed concrete, clear glass, metallic silver aluminum, smooth white plaster and stainless steel cables. A grand two-story sales showroom fronts Brand Blvd. under a sleek curved soffit with a but glazed space framed store front. The executive and administrative offices overlook the showroom from the 2nd floor balcony.

The 400' long structure spans over Windsor with the new car showroom and customer service on the ground floor of Phase 1 to the north and the Certified Pre-Owned Sales and Customer Parking on the ground floor of Phase 2. Some fifty service bays are provided on the 2nd level along the parts department and administrative offices. The 3rd and 4th levels provide parking for serivce, sales inventory and employees. From Windsor Street, and auto ramp leads up to the service center. The upper level access is also enhanced with a car inventory equipment lift.
